Flexographic labels are produced using a high-speed printing process that delivers crisp detail, vibrant colour and consistent quality across large production runs. Using flexible polymer plates, flexo printing adapts easily to a wide range of substrates including papers, plastic films, metallics and foils, making it ideal for both standard and specialist label applications. This cost-effective process is perfectly suited to high-volume requirements and supports up to 8 colours, Pantone matching, laminating, foiling and embellishing to create durable, high-impact labels tailored to your brand and product needs.
Embellishments include in line foil and silk screen that can be added in at different positions, giving your labels a premium look and feel. Specialised additions such as scratch off and scratch n sniff technology can also be introduced. Whatever your requirement, call us to discuss and we will advise of the appropriate solution.
Include gloss, satin and matt lacquers plus a market leading textured rough varnish widely used throughout the brewery sector. Innovative bespoke patterns can also be included with the textured varnish to produce a highly original and individual finish to your labels. In addition, laminates for added protection or decorative purposes can be be applied such as soft touch or matt laminates.
